You will be provided with 24/7 customer service to your customers in accepting their payments and their issues.
You will be able to accept their payments, while your customers will recieve tickets as soon as they purchase.
Our people validate their tickets on the site of your event. Our people are trained effeciently in handling event etiquettes and elite customer service in accordance with your brand value.
After validation is over we generate the list of attendance for our client.You will be provided with a proper userfriendly database of your customers which will include name, email addresses, home addresses and contact details. The database helps you regain the same customers again on your next event.
After event is over. We provide you the payment of the tickets within a week of time. In accordance with client agreement we can even issue post dated cheques.
Everything will be done under secure contracts between our company and yours. All legal issues are strictly defined in our agreement for no conflicts on both the parties.
